I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that, sometimes things can go wrong but don't worry as we can help. Please send us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We'll need to know the following-
1. Order Number
2. Incorrect item received
3. The correct item ordered
As soon as we've looked into what's happened we'll send you an email with the outcome.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
We're sorry that happened! We take pride in all our products.
So that we can look into this for you, please contact us to tell us more. To speed up your reply please make sure to give us the following information.
1. Order Number
2. Product Name
3. Details of the fault
4. Images that support the fault, if applicable
As soon as we've looked into the fault we'll send you an email with the outcome.

How will I know when my item has been dispatched?
We'll send you an email as soon as it's on the way! Or simply check your account to track it. Please see our delivery times for a estimated arrival time.

How do I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately once you've placed your order we cannot make any changes to it. If you would like to cancel your order please send us a email within an hour of ordering. Please don't place a new order until you hear from us.
The product I want is out of stock why?
All Boxed Off stock depends upon availability. We want you to be able to order and receive the products you love effortlessly, so we'll always aim to let you know if an item is out of stock. You can sign up for notifications on the product page. You will then receive a email once the product is back in stock.

What are the refills for?
Our refills, are products to refill our Boxed Off boxes. Refills give you a 30 day supply of handpicked Vegan supplements. Our refills not only save you money but go that bit further in helping the environment.
Can I do a monthly subscription?
We are working on our monthly subscription service. Once available you will be able to get your 30 day supply every month stress free. Simply click subscription on the product page and enter your payment information. You can cancel at anytime.
How do I find products on your website?
You can click the shop all button on our top bar if you would like to browse our products. If you are looking for a certain item you can shop our categories from the shop drop down menu.
Are all your products Vegan friendly?
The environmental benefits of vegan produce – reduced land use, water use, and greenhouse gas production – have been proven, so it’s crucial to us that Boxed Off harnesses that plant-power. We use 100% plant-based ingredients in our supplements.
We didn’t create Boxed Off just for vegans. We don’t judge – as long as you’re getting the right nutrition, that’s all that matters to us. But we do care about all diet types, and that’s why we have created a specialist Vegan Box!
It can be a controversial topic, but we recognise that everyone is different. It’s your lifestyle, and we will use our range to supplement whatever dietary regime you choose, in an environmentally conscious way. Take care of the planet while you take care of yourself!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your Boxed Off product (and only if purchased directly from boxed-off.com) you may return your purchase, unopened and in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt for an refund.
To return an item email us at help@boxed-off.com and include your original order number, name telephone number, details of products you wish to return and the reason for the return.
On receipt of your email we will provide you with an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number and a return address.
How do I make a exchange?
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your Boxed Off product (and only if purchased directly from boxed-off.com) you may return your purchase, unopened and in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt for an exchange.
To exchange an item email us at help@boxed-off.com and include your original order number, name telephone number, details of products you wish to exchange and why.
On receipt of your email we will provide you with an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number and a return address.
My packaging is damaged?
Please inspect all deliveries on receipt.
To report the damage of any packaging on goods received please email our customer service department help@boxed-off.com
When can I expect my refund?
Your refund should be returned to your account within 5 working days and we’ll send you an email to let you know it's on its way!
If you don't receive your refund and it's been 10 working days since you received our email, then you'll need to contact our Customer Service help@boxed-off.com
