  • Shot of coffee
  • Vanilla extract ( to taste)
  • 1 cup (250ml) almond milk 
  • 1 tbsp almond butter 
  • 1 tsp chia seeds 
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats 
  • a few ice cubes
